Why Email Should be a Key Part of Your Marketing Toolbox

In one of my 2017 blog posts I talked about how email continues to deliver one of the highest returns on investment of any marketing medium. ( See “How I Beat the Industry Averages on Email Marketing Campaigns”). I think many business owners tend to think of email as a practical communication tool for day-to-day business operations. And that it is. But used creatively and strategically, emailing can be so much more than that!

The value of email in marketing has not diminished. So I encourage readers to rethink how you’re using email and ask yourself: Are you making the most of email technology to stay connected with prospects and customers? Are you using email’s full marketing and sales capabilities?

Email’s low cost, high visibility features make it an essential tool for any marketing strategy. Despite the growing popularity in messaging apps, emails are still heavily relied upon by users from every age segment… yes… even millennials.

In a recent article for SalesPOP!, I discuss why salespeople who use email sell more.
